The Coffe Morning will take place on Wednesday November 1st from 9:30am to 11:30am at Dubai Garden Center on SZR (meeting is at the upstairs area just in front of Luxe Carriers and Eggs & Soldiers shop; you can park out front and take lift from ouside or stairs from inside of the building)
Come and chat with like minded mums and mums to be in a safe and positive environment.
There will be a meeting with Marianne Tafani. She is a REPS-certified Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates instructor as well as a hypnobirthing mom. She has designed a safe programme to help moms to get fit again. She will be happy to answer any question you may have.
