This mother to be circle meets twice a month and is open for anyone who wants to explore topics of pregnancy, birth, labor and postpartum.
Each session we will explore a topic. Joining the circle is an opportunity to slow down in a busy life and reconnect with ourselves and other like minded mothers to be.
A circle means unity, strength, protection, infinity, spirituality, wholeness. In a circle we create a sacred and safe space to explore emotions we have about pregnancy, labor, birth and motherhood. We learn how to listen empathically,
without judgement and to speak our truth.
