We are hosting an exciting workshop for parents to be able to understand the importance of play at early age and how to promote Language Development through play
The workshop will be divided into two parts,
1. an explanatory talk on Language Development, play stages and types of toys followed by
2. a hands on practical session which will require sitting on the floor, so please dress appropriately.
Vanessa Abou Sleiman @thecommunicator from Pierre Majdalani - Kidcare Pediatric Clinic is a trilingual Speech and Language Pathologist with 8 years of experience working with the pediatric population. Vanessa strongly believes in the importance of parents' involvement and early intervention.
This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers of babies and toddlers (birth - 3 years). Both moms and dads are encouraged to join us, so we can discover all together new play dimensions.
We are asking for you not to bring your child along so that you may focus on the information delivered.
There is a cost of 300 AED per couple and booking is required through workshops@malaak.me.
