Start your baby's food journey right with this workshop by the amazing Jordana Smith, Licensed Dietitian and Nutritionist. From knowing the signs of readiness to knowing how to read if your baby wants more or not. We will explore Traditional Weaning and Baby Led Weaning, and see which is right for you and your baby.
The workshop will also touch on fussy eaters (or how to avoid a fussy eater). This is recommended for parents of 4 - 6 month old.
