Whilst being egotistical is a necessary part of a Toddler's development, it can feel exhausting when you are supporting and managing this small person on a daily basis
Understanding what this means, for your Toddler and you, and learning strategies you can use to help their development into compassionate, empathetic children builds on the strong connection you already have with them since they were born.
As the course is run over 2 sessions you will also get plenty of time to practice the skills between our meetings, bring feedback to the next session and plenty of time to receive both individual and group support.
The Toddler Workshops will run over 2 Saturdays on 21st April and 19th May from 9am to 1pm. Numbers are limited to a maximum and the full cost for the course is AED1,100pp or AED1,700 per couple including refreshments - the full fee is payable in advance.

Physical, emotional and brain development in the vital early years

Supporting your child's emotional growth

Skills and strategies to support your chosen style of parenting

Common issues and how to manage these with Mindful Parenting e.g. tantrums, sleeping, eating, etc

The importance of setting boundaries and how to do this respectfully
- Learning how to reflect on your parenting in order to develop your skills as your children grow.
