Join the Mirzam tasting team for a complimentary workshop on understanding cacao, bean to bar chocolate making and chocolate tasting every Friday from 3pm at D3.
Mirzam likes to compare chocolate with apples; depending on the variety, country, season and farming processes, the flavour can vary greatly. Cacao is exactly the same – and through the careful chocolate making process the chocolate makers hope to highlight those natural variations, that tell so much of the story and frame the quality of the beans.
In this tasting workshop, you will experience six completely different tasting chocolates; all made with exactly the same recipe.
