The Cheese & Chocolate Tasting

Join for an afternoon of tastings featuring a selection of UAE made cheese and chocolate, hosted by Mirzam Chocolate Makers together with the clever Deena's Organic Dairy cheese makers. For the second edition of this sell-out event, there was created a tasting menu of seasonal decadent chocolate bites to serve between the creamy winter cheeses now being made at the Dairy.

Certified UAE organic, Deena Organic Farm uses sustainable methods to grow fresh produce each season - and produces goats milk on the farm also.

Originally from the UK, cheesemaker Carla has been developing a selection of specialty cheeses made from this locally produced goats milk, including halloumi, hard and soft cheeses as well as ashed rind goats cheese.

Mirzam specialises in crafting chocolate all the way from cocoa bean to delicious bar, taking inspiration from the tales of the historical Spice Route resulting is naturally spiced dark, milk and white chocolates.

The Cheese & Chocolate Tasting V2 night will include:

A winter selection of Four Deena's signature locally crafted cheeses.
Mirzam's delicious chocolate bites, paired with each cheese course.
Platter of freshly cut fruits, seeded crackers and quinces to enjoy alongside.
Special edition dessert plate of winter chocolate treats.
Unlimited Hot drinks including spiced cloudy apple juice, hot chocolate and drip coffee.
