Launched initially as Mondoux’s summer culinary school for kids, Sweeties – the European eatery’s popular cooking workshops – is set to become a permanent feature at the restaurant’s Dubai Creek Harbour location on Fridays.
Fun, interactive and educational, the 1.5 hours workshops are led by Mondoux’s experienced pastry chefs. With a different weekly creation on the menu – think brownies, cheesecakes and cinnamon rolls – it’s a great way to expose the little ones to homemade baking, various ingredients and important life skills. A perk for the adults – a chance to savour a delicious meal or a freshly-brewed cup of coffee while the kids work their magic in the kitchen!
Starting from 23rd September, workshops are scheduled to run every Friday at 3:00pm, with the exception of public holidays.
Details: AED 150, inclusive of 1.5 hours chef-supervised workshop, a Sweeties branded t-shirt, and a kids’ meal – one item off the kid’s menu, a glass of fruit juice or warm milk, and a choice of ice-cream or fruit. Parents receive 20 percent off their meal.
