Winter Camp at Mountain Extreme

Who doesn't love letting the kids free to burn off energy and learn some new skills in a safe and constructive environment?

This December break, your little ones can learn to tie knots, wear a harness safely, and achieve NICAS awards when they sign up to the Winter Climbing Camp at Mountain Extreme.

Adventurous kiddos can sign up to the camp for a full week for Dhs800 or two weeks for Dhs1500 (inclusive of shoes, harness, juices). We also have a Single Day option.

The focus is on fun, climbing, and learning safe techniques through the NICAS (National Indoor Curriculum Award Scheme) a UK-wide scheme designed to promote climbing development and accredit individual climbing achievement.

Instructors will teach young climbers to safely climb and boulder, and perfect their belaying skills while learning how to use a harness and ropes.

NICAS Level 1 is designed to be easily achievable by any climber with aptitude in a short space of time, whilst remaining under the supervision of an instructor at all times
