Bring in: active wear & water bottle

Kids Yoga mats will be provided

This is a complimentary Kid's Yoga class offered as part of a Yoga&Kids teacher-training course, no prior yoga experience required.

Kind reminder: this is a children's only yoga event.
Liability waiver: you agree to participate in this activity at your own risk & therefore waive the training venue and facilitators from any liability in case of injury incurred during the course of this training.
