We will go through Asanas *Yoga poses* in a dynamic & animated style, combining series of individual, partner & a touch of Acro Yoga poses to get you all to bond, sync up, build trust with your minis, energize & rock the Yoga Warriors Deep from Rebel Hearts to the Core of your Spirit Souls!
