Committing to a Daily Yoga Practice is one of the most powerful and life-changing things you can do.
Have you been wanting to start yoga, or wanting to do it more regularly? Do you practice yoga occasionally, sporadically, but are yet to make it a healthy habit, a way of life?
This challenge is for you! Unless you set the intention, commit to doing it, it's never going to happen. You're going to keep pressing snooze on your alarm, and keep stuck in your old habit patterns.
Join us in September and commit to practicing a maximum of 5 days (minimum of 3 days) throughout the month.

Classes: Classes will run Sunday to Thursday mornings at Nilaya House. Beginners should attend EVERY DAY (or a minimum of 3 DAYS A WEEK) 7:00-8:00am.
Facebook Group Support: Participants will gain access to our Ashtanga Yoga Dubai students Facebook group where we'll be posting useful resources to support your practice.
Weekly Talk: Join Nea Ferrier, AYD founder for a weekly online talk via about Ashtanga Yoga, including time for Q&A. The recorded talk will be posted to the Facebook group.
Who is this for: Complete beginners to yoga, beginners to Ashtanga Yoga, students with some Ashtanga experience, students will past experience wanting to restart, existing practitioners wanting to share in the group motivation. No previous yoga experience is required.
Facilities: We have showering and changing facilities for students to use so you can practice before work. Please bring your own mat & towel.
