Positive Action Against Cancer
After a successful campaign to generate awareness for Diabetes in the UAE via the World Diabetes Day Walk 2018 Pinnacle Events proudly presents yet another important social initiative.
In support of raising awareness and learning about early detection and prevention of cancer on The World Cancer Day Walk for Life - 8th of February 2019.
Walk information Activities:
VENUE: Zabeel Park Gate 3, Dubai. The Walk will begin at Gate no. 3 entrance of the park
SCHEDULE:
- Registration starts at 3pm.
- Walk and activities will start from 4pm onwards
ENTRY FEE & INCLUSIONS: Dhs 50.00 per person
The WCD t-shirt, a cap and a downloadable certificate will be given to each participant
Park entrance is free to all registered participants (terms & conditions apply)
AT THE PARK:
- Medical Emergency Team – Dubai Ambulance and medical staff will be present throughout the duration of the walk for assistance
- Toilets – washroom facilities are available for both men and women at Zabeel Park
- Refreshments – registered participants will get free bottled water
- Parking and Transportation – Zabeel Park parking lot. Park is accessible via Jafilyah Metro Station (Redline)

- Free Medical Check up – sponsors booth
- Zumba Activities (plus other family-themed physical activities)
- Best photo WCDW2019
- Best and most active group or company award
- Fun activities such as Sack Race, Scavenger Hunt, Bring me
- Kids activities - such as Play Area, Arts & Crafts, Face painting, Mascot show
- Other booth activities organized by the sponsors
