Solo Restaurant & Bar has a three-course menu influenced by authentic Italian festive recipes. Made especially for Christmas Eve.
Guests can indulge in lobster ravioli served with porcini mushrooms. Tomato confit and lobster froth. pan-seared salmon with a flavourful Puttanesca sauce or opt for a traditional slow-cooked turkey served with chestnut stuffing and vegetables.
For dessert, a Veronese Christmas cake Pandoro. Served with custard sauce, kumquat compote and strawberry cotton candy flambé.
