Pink Paddle & Yoga Event

Join Sea Hawks Pink Paddle & Yoga Event on Saturday 24th of October as we fundraise for Pink Caravan, a local breast cancer charity.

 

This ladies only event features a 1 your yoga session by Tina Bock and a 1 paddle session with LiveLoveSUP.

Itinerary:

• 2.30pm - Registration and Welcome
• 3pm - Group A start Yoga / Group B begin paddle session
• 4pm - Finish activity, short break with coconut water
• 4.30pm - Group A start paddle session / Group B begin Yoga
• 5.30pm - Finish activity, enjoy fruit salad, bottled water and watch the sunset
• 6pm - Event concludes
