In the Mini Master Chef Programme, young chefs learn a range of basic and advanced skills, alongside etiquette and hygiene in a fun and friendly environment.
Age: for children ages 6 – 12 years old.

- Class 1. Beginner. 21 April. Introduction to the Kitchen (Knife Skills, Potato and Leek Soup, Salad, Berries Napoleon, Table Etiquette)
- Class 2. Beginner. 28 April. Breakfast (Strawberry Smoothie, French Toast, Crepes, Scrambled Eggs)
- Class 3. Beginner. 5 May. Starters (Eggplant Terrine, Chicken & Prawn Cocktail, Quiche)
- Class 4. Beginner. 12 May. Bread (burger and French bread, pizza)
- Class 5. Beginner. 19 May. Pasta (spaghetti, ravioli, tomato, sauce)
- Class 6. Beginner. 26 May. Desserts (strawberry panna cotta, mango mousse, eton mess)
- Class 7. Beginner. 2 June. Pastry (apple crumble, strawberry tart, poached pears)
- Class 8. Beginner. 9 June. Sushi (various rolls, wasabi crème brule)
- Class 9. Beginner. 23 June. Potato (Dauphinoise, gnocchi, shepherd's pie)
- Class 10. Beginner. 30 June. Mains (chicken roulade & risotto)
- Class 11. Beginner. 7 July. Chocolate (mousse, truffles, tart)
- Class 12. Beginner. 14 July. Cakes (muffins base, Genoise, chocolate cupcake)
Time: Classes will run from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on the above dates.
Class fee:
- AED 225 per session
- 6 Classes is AED 1,215
- 12 classes is AED 2,430.
Please note the above class fees are not inclusive of VAT Fee (5%). Please note all fees from Jan 2018 will include 5% VAT tax in additon to the programme/class fee
