Experience the powerful combination of Co-Active Coaching and art in this workshop, designed to get a closer look at the major areas of focus in your life.
The workshop will include a guided "Wheel of Life" assessment aimed at reviewing and rating various areas of your life and the use of freestyle movement and dance to anchor the feeling of the current state vs. the desired state. You will also work on identifying who you need to be and what you need to do to get to where you would love to be.

Originally from Italy, as a kid, Sara's dream job when asked about what she would love to do when she grows up was “speaking to the world”. She left home nearly 20 years ago to study, live and work in 7 countries across 3 continents, becoming fluent in four languages in the process. Sara is a powerhouse with a gypsy soul; she speaks her mind and heart out and does not beat around the bushes; she believes in serendipity and synchronicity; she values truth, freedom and love. Sara is the brain and soul of Geodes, a skilled Co-Active Coach and a graduate of the acclaimed Co-Active Leadership Program.

How to get there?
There is a free underground parking at the main boulevard road, town square parking 2, stairs 9 (immediately take a left after you enter parking 2) or for the lift use staircase 11, then Soul Art Center is few minutes walking from there.
Valet is now available at the centre, for 15 AED with the centre's stamp.
