Soul African dance workshop incorporates a description of African dances and its history.
A small introduction about the African war drums, communication and party drums.
We will start with warm up, stretches, positions and contractions and move on to an intensive dance choreography that is a mix from East and West Africa with playback music and djembe drums. Later we will do the same choreography with the Dundumba, Sangba and Kenkeni drums to feel the authenticity of African cultural dances.
Get ready to learn different African cultural dances, drums and history as well as burn calories like never before.
The class will be accompanied by drummers who will sing some African songs and drum to keep the African energy throughout.

How to get there?
There is a free underground parking at the main boulevard road, town square parking 2, stairs 9 (immediately take a left after you enter parking 2) or for the lift use staircase 11, then Soul Art Center is few minutes walking from there.
Valet is now available at the centre, for 15 AED with the centre's stamp.
