The Hive’s Theatre Festival 2023 is the largest children’s festival in the Middle East region, directed and produced by The Hive. A month-long theater festival, by children for children.
600 children performing live, 6 plays and 44 shows, over the month of June, for 10,000 audience members.
We begin the month-long festival by bringing to the stage some of the most popular and fun stories by
Dr Seuss performed by the youngest actors at The Hive, aged 5-7 years old.
Next we bring to life Roald Dahl's beloved books, 'James & the giant peach’ and ‘Charlie and the chocolate factory’.
For our 13+ theatre enthusiasts, we have devised theatre productions that have been conceptualized and written by the senior student actors of the hive.
