Gel candle making is a fun and economical way to create stunning long-lasting scented candles, as gel candles burn 3-4 times longer than traditional wax candles.
The gel candles are made with a transparent gel that perfectly shows off bright colors and glitter, which is perfect for creating dramatic-looking candles for special occasions.
Each participant at the end of the session will take home 2 X 18 ml ocean–theme Scented Gel Candles in Wine Glasses
In this 1.5-hour workshop, Artist Mansi Bavishi will guide you on:
- How to Build the base of the candle
- Learn how to use a variety of embeds to add decoration to your candles
- Learn How to Safely Work with Plants on the Inside of a Container Candle
- Learn how to use the correct fragrance for this type of wax
- Learn how to be able to make a candle that burns well and is not a fire hazard.
- Learn how to repurpose old candles
- Learn about Memory Burn
