PRATO is rolling out the red carpet to make your New Year's evening truly unforgettable and is throwing a sophisticated end of year celebration.

Get ready for an evening of culinary indulgence and live entertainment that will set the perfect tone to enter into 2024. Enjoy the family-friendly ambience, treat your tastebuds to a feast like no other and indulge in an international buffet, promising to cater to every palate.

Explore a plethora of food stations showcasing delectable dishes such as the Bread Station, where you can savour the delights of White Sourdough and Yorkshire Puddings, among other tempting options. Dive into the Starter Station and relish Goose Pate, perfectly paired with crispy crackers and Onion & Blueberry Chutney. Delight in the Baby Potato and Rainbow Carrot Salad, enhanced by the zing of Horseradish Mayo, among a host of other delectable treats at the Starter Station. At the Seafood Station, revel in a Poached Prawn Cocktail, complete with Baby Gem and Handmade Mayo, as well as Trout Mousse-Stuffed Potatoes and Smoked Salmon Terrine with Cream Cheese, Cucumber, and Herbs, and so much more. Satisfy your pizza cravings at the Pizza Station with options like Pumpkin and Honey, Cinnamon Mascarpone, and the fiery Calzone Ala Diavola with Salami and Mozzarella. Head to the Live Station for succulent Beef Sliders, featuring Cheddar and Pickles, all served alongside Phat Chips & Gravy Sauce with Cheese. The New Year’s Eve dinner is available on 31st December between 8 pm till midnight and starts the year with a taste of perfection from AED 340.
