Spend a relaxing morning getting lost in the creative flow of macramé, the art of knotting!
In this workshop, you will create your own unique piece of home décor in a beautiful half mandala shape. We will guide you in learning the two basic knots of macramé, and you’ll be able to use them in all types of macramé projects.
No previous experience is necessary for this workshop, although it also works for people with some knotting experience. Good for ages 9 years old+, although we have had daughters as young as 6 years old accompany Mom to a workshop and contribute!

Materials: You will have a choice of over 10 different shades of Bobbiny 5mm macramé string to use, as well as a high quality wooden dowel.
Location and Food and Beverage: We will be in the light-filled upstairs level of One Life in Dubai Design District (D3).

Health and Safety:
- We ask that you wear your mask throughout the workshop (except when enjoying your delightful meal or sitting with friends!).
- We will have gloves and extra masks on hand.
- We will seat groups together with a maximum of 3 people per table. The tools will be disinfected right before the workshop, and most items will remain at your table to minimize unnecessary sharing.
Ts & Cs:
If you pay for your workshop online, we can offer a refund (minus a small transaction fee) up until 7 days before the workshop. After that time, we are unable to offer a refund for cancellations but will gladly honor a credit of the same amount to be used at a future Turquoise workshop.
