This hike is suitable for families and hikers who are just getting back into shape, and those that want to learn more about how to be safe in the mountains of the UAE and Oman.
UAE Trekkers will be dividing into groups and offering instruction and safety skills at stages in the trek to introduce you to the outdoors of the UAE and Oman.

- Avoiding and Applying Basic First Aid
- Prevention most important, but when it happens, what to do.
The hike starts at the top of a very windy road, where you'll park on the side and hop over the edge to find the donkey and trading/smuggling trails. There will be snacks, water and a lunch provided for you. The drive will be around 2 hours from Dubai.
Hiking fees include:
- Snacks in your backpack, and an alpine style lunch, suitable for vegetarians.
- Access to the group safety gear, first aid kits, and qualified, certified and experienced guides who have done the trail many times before, know the way, and will get you back to your cars safely.
