Come and Try Track and Field at our new venue 400m Track at Amity International School Abu Dhabi
Youth is ages 7-12 years from 5 pm to 6 pm and Teens are age 13+ from 6 pm to 7 pm
They will have 2 professional coaches, covering sprints, middle distance and various jumps and throws in this energetic hour session designed to improve speed and endurance and discover their strengths in the amazing sport of athletics.
