Maria Aspioti Monem, Nutrition Consultant & Behavior Change Coach, the expert behind Diet Smart (www.dietsmartdubai.com) Her advice will focus on guiding you to a healthy lifestyle through small and gradual lifestyle changes that will stick with you for life.
Coach Rob Pankhurst, returning to VShakes, Expert Fitness & Nutrition Education, Ex British Army physical education training instructor within the Parachute Regiment who is working with motivated dads, who want to improve their balance with family, nutrition, and fitness.
