Mama & Baby Yoga class is aimed at supporting mama work on her strength, core and pelvic floor repair after birth, as well as provide much needed bonding time with other mamas and babies.
All levels welcome, registration open
Thursday mornings 10.30 - 11.30am.

- yoga mats and equipment unless you prefer to bring your own
- baby mat, blankets and toys
- herbal teas after class
- fun and movement
Please bring a baby carrier if your baby likes to be in a carrier.
