Mama & Baby Yoga Playdates Thursday Mornings - New Course Starts 7th March
10.30 - 11.30am at Babies & Beyond, Media City
This class is open to all levels and is aimed at supporting mama work on her strength, core and pelvic floor repair after birth, as well as provide much needed bonding time with other mamas and babies.
We will supply:
- yoga mats and equipment unless you prefer to bring your own
- baby mat, blankets and toys
- herbal teas after class
- fun and movement :0)
Please bring a baby carrier if your baby likes to be in a carrier.
Private classes also available on request. All levels welcome - registration open
