This Christmas, MTR Malls collaborate with the Hong Kong Design Institute, the Hong Kong Association of Theatre Technicians and Scenographers, and the EXCEL (EXtension and Continuing Education for Life), The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, proudly presents “Magical Stories of Xmas”. MTR Malls have been transformed into four enchanting fairy-tale worlds with feature artistic installations for photo opportunities, each mall is filled with childlike wonder and festive atmosphere, ensuring a unique Christmas experience for all the families. Moreover, in later dates of December, public can even enjoy our highlight meticulously choreographed musical performance- “Christmas Rhapsody: Elf Classics Revived”. All aspects of the transformation – costumes, set, script, dance, and music, are devised by students, showing our support to local creativity from the ground up..

Maritime Square: The Christmas Express
Maritime Square has themed itself from the renowned classic Christmas story "Polar Express," for its Christmas installation. Inside the station, a towering 6-meter-tall Christmas tree steals the limelight, accompanied by European-style phone booths and traditional steam locomotives, evoking a uniquely vintage vibe.
