Creative Nest Nursery's staff are highly qualified and experienced early years practitioners and all hold early years qualifications and first aid certificates. They are carefully selected for their qualifications and experience and above all, passion for working with young children. IPC teachers are trained to the highest levels in teaching and professionalism.
The management, teaching and support teams work in synergy to provide an expertly-managed, high quality early years provision. In addition, they have an open door policy which invites cooperation, communication, and sharing of ideas. Moreover, they adhere to the Dubai Health Authority guidelines and rulings which means our nurse is fully registered, qualified, and experienced in the field of pediatric health care and lifesaving techniques. Also, the nurse regularly takes part in professional development and assists the nursery's partnering doctor who visits the nursery at least twice per term.
Furthermore, Creative Nest Nursery's ratios of children to adults are guided by best practice and the Ministry of Education’s regulations for nursery age children as follows:
- 45 days – 1.5 years 1:3
- 1.5 – 3 years 1:5
- 3 – 4 years 1:8
They strictly adhere to these guidelines and provide extra hands with floating staff. They promise NEVER to leave children alone with fewer than 2 adults at any time.
