Dubai English Speaking College is a UK curriculum, inclusive, not for profit, genuinely outstanding secondary school, based in Academic City.

Join in for the school's Open Day. For those young people who are talented in sport, there will also be very unique and exciting Sports Development Programme experience taking place (further details can be found below).

Dubai English Speaking College Open Day is designed to give prospective students and parents the opportunity to see and experience a 'normal' day at DESC. Watch real teaching and learning and get a flavour of the friendly, welcoming, community atmosphere around our College. You will meet the school's students and teachers and see for yourself what makes DESC a consistently outstanding school.

There will be a Welcome from the Headteacher at 10:00am, a Welcome from the Principal at 12:30pm and tours will take place regularly throughout the day.

Alongside the Open Day, Dubai English Speaking College will be running its Sports Development Programme experience; this is designed for prospective DESC students who are very proficient in either rugby, netball, football or swimming to take part in coaching clinics and physiological testing in the focus performance sports. The school is looking to identify prospective students who have excellent sporting attributes in these sports - with a view, should they join DESC, to enrolling on one of the Sports Development Programmes. Students selected to be on these programmes will receive specialist coaching alongside their normal ECA and team coaching.
