Eataly Arabia is a high-end Italian food market comprising of a variety of restaurants and retail items under one roof.
Eataly’s first store was opened in Turin in 2007. Its goal is to introduce a new way of distributing high quality agricultural products, inspired by leitmotifs as such as sustainability, responsibility and sharing.
The brand EATALY is the combination of two English words: EAT and ITALY. Eataly is about eating Italian food, but not it’s not just about Italian food. Eataly’s main goal is to demonstrate that high-quality products can be made available to everyone: easy to find and at affordable prices, but that’s not all. Eataly wants to communicate faces, production methods and stories of people and companies who make the best Italian high quality food.
Eataly’s brand was born by aggregating a number of small companies operating in the food compartment. It encompasses the famous durum wheat pasta from Gragnano, Piedmont’s egg pasta, mineral water from the Marittime Alps, Veneto and Piedmont’s specialties, Ponente Riviera Ligure oil, Piedmont’s fassone meat, and traditional Italian cheese and cold cuts. Since its first opening, Eataly has been able to offer the best artisan products at reasonable prices by creating a direct relation between producers and distributors, and focusing on sustainability, responsibility and sharing.
Eataly Restaurants
Choose your favourite dishes from Eataly’sextensive menu which includes all of the traditional Italian cuisine: from symbolic pasta and pizza dishes, to delicious meat, fish, and vegetable recipes, right up to delicious fried treats that can be enjoyed at lunch or dinner. But that’s not all: Eataly also has a special breakfast menu and one that’s designed just for children!
Eataly cafes & counters
The Eataly stores have lots of themed cafés and counters, where you can enjoy fresh, traditional Italian food on the go: savoury specialities such as salamis and cheeses, truffles, sandwiches and wraps, desserts and pastries, ice cream and Nutella dishes, all accompanied by a nice coffee from Gran Café Illy or a drink from the Juice Bar.
Eataly Market
Bakery: A real Italian bakery where the bread is made right before your eyes. Flour ground with rollers and natural stones in the small Mulino Marino mill of Piedmont, natural yeast and our oven give rise to more than 10 different types of bread every day. All the bread is made using traditional Italian homemade recipes: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and long-lasting.
Fresh Pasta Lab: Every day Eataly's pasta makers turn simple ingredients like water, flour and eggs into elaborately shaped pasta that is inspired by the rich traditions of each region of Italy: from stuffed pasta like ravioli and tortellini, to soft gnocchi (potato dumplings), up to delicious tagliatelle (noodles). Everyone can find their favourite type and shape.
Cheese Lab: Every morning in the cheese laboratory Eataly's cheese-makers produce fresh mozzarella according to the artisanal process of Italian tradition, using only raw milk. This milk is more difficult to work with compared to pasteurised milk, but its unique for its yield and flavour. You can try the mozzarella (and some of its “relatives” like ricotta, primo sale, burrata and stracciatella) at the store or take it home.

It offers bakery products, pasta, tomato sauce, readymade sauces & conserves, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, spices, truffle products, grains & rice, honey, chocolate, sweets & confectionery, homeware & books, and also drinks such as tea & coffee, non-alcoholic drinks & water
