Integrated Skill Development Program: Analytical Skill + Soft Skill + Creative Skill
Today's world needs multifaceted youth eager to learn and willing to undertake integrated tasks. Careers are becoming increasingly multi-disciplinary with people straddling multiple responsibilities. In light of this, our Integrated Life Skill Development Program, have more than one competency in each level which will definitely enable our youth to embrace change and utilize skills acquired through such courses. We have designed our Integrated Life Skill Development Program based on Maslow's Theory of Human Motivation while keeping in mind KHDA's 10 traits for positive education: Creativity, Curiosity, Courage, Integrity, Resilience, Empathy, Fairness and Tolerance, Awe, Gratitude and Purpose.
Enjoyers offers 6 levels of development programs to become a well-rounded successful individual.
These are as follows:
- Level 1. Expansion of inner core
- Level 2. Expansion of middle core
- Level 3. Expansion of outer core
- Level 4. Transitional growth
- Level 5. Inclusive growth
- Level 6. Expansive growth
For Age group: 8 - 16 years
Each Level Duration: 16 weeks ( Once in a week for two hours)
Groups: There will be three groups in each level based on age and general awareness
