Dr. Amera is a licensed dietician with a Master’s Degree in Food Science and Nutrition with more than nine years of experience gained in the Gulf region. She is chairperson and organizer of the first dietetic conference in the UAE and is an active member of American Dietetic Association and Indian Dietetic Association.
