This Mindful Parenting Seminar is aimed at parents of children up to age 10 yrs and is open to both Mums and Dads.
It is a 4 hour seminar hosted by Joanne Jewell, Founder of Mindful Parenting UAE. Jo has been working with children and families for over 10 years in the UAE and has been running her hugely successful Parenting workshops and seminars in Dubai for the last 3 years. Due to many requests she is now offering limited sessions to parents in Abu Dhabi so this is an ideal opportunity to learn the strategies that have resulted in more peace, harmony and connection in hundreds of homes already.
The seminar content will include:

- Why connection is so important for a child's sense of safety and belonging
