This course is aimed at parents who have already attended a Mindful Parenting Workshop and want to extend their knowledge and skills
It specifically focuses on siblings and the challenges that we often face when supporting our children in their relationship with each other.
We cover rivalry, labels, jealousy, communication, praise, fighting and how to further utilitse Mindful Parenting skills in these situations.
This is a 4 week course running from 9am to 11.30am each week. The total cost of the course is AED1,300, payable in advance.
