If you'd like to find out why children don't always listen, how to gain co-operation without shouting and what children really need in order to grow up healthy and happy then this session is for you.
This is a one hour free introductory session to Mindful Parenting, hosted by Jo and aimed at parents of children aged up to 4 years. It is being hosted by Amity Early Learning Centre as part of their mission to support all parents in the community. Please register to attend the session as places are limited.
Jo Jewell is the Founder of Mindful Parenting UAE and mum of 3 children. After spending 10 years working as a school counsellor and supporting families and children with a wide variety of needs, Jo founded Mindful Parenting to offer parents education about the latest findings in parenting together with practical strategies to make family homes calmer, more connected and more co-operative.
