This course is aimed at parents who have already attended a Mindful Parenting Workshop and want to extend their knowledge and skills
The course specifically focuses on siblings and the challenges that parents often face when supporting their children in their relationship with each other. The topics of rivalry, labels, jealousy, communication, praise, fighting will be covered and how to further utilitse Mindful Parenting skills in these situations.
This is a 4 week course running on Monday’s starting on January 15th from 9am to 11.30am each week. The total cost of the course is AED1,200, payable in advance.
