4 Week Workshop for Parents of all children aged 4-8 years
The workshops features small group and interactive way of learning how to be a Mindful Parent and how this builds a life-long positive relationship with your Child. Also parents will be learning about the value of Mindful Parenting and how you can use this to make a job as a parent easier and less stressful, as well as how to connect with the child and what is happening with the children's bodies and brains during this time.

- Social and emotional development
- The power of listening
- How to use empathy to support your child's emotional growth
- Connection - why it's so important and ways to connect
- Teaching children how to co-operate
- Solving problems with your Child
- Setting and maintaining boundaries
- Building self-esteem and resilience
- Using effective praise
- Building a strong relationship with your Child
