Ripe Market is hosting Co Chocolat and their “Healthy Chocolate Workshop” as they spread Cacao Love all throughout winter
The workshops educate choco-lovers about the farm-to-table and bean-to-bar process of making single-origin chocolates with tasting sessions, hands-on cooking using pure cacao. Professional Chocolatemaker and Cacao Doctor Luchie Suguitan heads both kitchen and cacao farms.
Luchie gained the title of Maître Chocolate Maker from Ecole Chocolat, Professional School of Chocolate Arts in Canada in June 2016. In September 2016 she completed her Chocolate Maker Master Program in Michigan, USA and in April 2017, successfully completed her chocolate bonbons program in Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona in Tain-l'Hermitage, France.

Part 1: Lecture & Tasting – 45 mins FREE
Part 2: Workshop – 1.5 hours
Jan 4, Jan 18, Feb 1 and Feb 15 – Fridays at 2 pm
Jan 5, Jan 19, Feb 2, Feb 16 – Saturdays at 10 am
