Rock Republic welcomes everyone to introduction to bouldering course.
A fun, first time session for those who love to try something new, for the adventurer that wants to push their experiences and learn proper climbing movement or for the person who has climbed in the past and wants a refresher to brush off the cobwebs.
This course covers:
- What is bouldering
- Grading system
- Correct shoe fitting
- Basic movement and balance
- Foot placement
- Solving and working problems
- Spotting
- Plus a lot of climbing
Prerequisites: none
Cost: Aed50 on top of your session entry cost (Aed80 1 session pass) or AED150 full package.
Shoes available for rental at reception if you need. Wear comfortable gym clothes.
