Acro and Gymnastics classes are available from 3 years upwards!
Our Acro Classes work on flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline, and concentration. The lesson consists of conditioning, acro technique, contortion tricks, acro elements, group, duo and solo work.
Our Gymnastics Classes are floor and dance based, allowing all students the chance to develop and progress at their own individual level.
