The fun improv games and exercises used in this workshop will teach you and your kids to communicate more effectively by listening attentively, being sensitive to subtle cues, sharing control, and supporting each other’s ideas.
Improv is a powerful tool to help grown-ups to be less rigid, more open, mindful and present in their parenting. It can also help kids to develop confidence, courage, creativity and puts into practice the principles of a positive, growth-mindset where mistakes are welcomed with good-natured laughter.
Age: Suitable for parents with children from age 7 to 11 years old
