Who is it for?
Web-based appointments are available for adults and teens. Sessions take place via ZOOM meetings, and simple-to-follow set up instructions are shared.
Psychology appointments: Adults and teens can schedule their appointments to be conducted virtually in the comfort of their own home.
Psychiatry & medication appointments: Adults and teens can schedule their appointments using web-based therapy in the comfort of their own home. Prescriptions will be sent directly to the pharmacy, and can be delivered to your home by the pharmacy.

Privacy & Safety: Having an online session with your therapist from the privacy and comfort of your own home means that you don’t need to venture out into a stressful external environment or suffer social anxiety, while gaining the benefits of professional help.
