Chinese culture is rich and diverse, spanning across various realms. Acorn Playhouse aims to deepen children's understanding of traditional Chinese culture through Family Playdate on October 28th. The event will revolve around Chinese culture, featuring two sessions of dumpling-making in the Acorn Junior Chef class from 9:30am to 10:00am and 10:30am to 11:00am.
Children will learn to make traditional Chinese dumplings using vegetarian ingredients like mushrooms, wood ear fungus, and cucumbers, promoting awareness of healthy vegetarian cuisine. Each session has 8 spots available, with a maximum of two parents accompanying each child. Additionally, there will be ‘Fun calligraphy’ from 9:00am to 12:00pm, allowing children to experience the beauty of Chinese characters. Furthermore, sensory games related to Chinese culture will be available on sensory classroom too. Don't miss this golden opportunity to immerse children in Chinese traditions.
