They offer a career path to a lifetime of opportunities, even if your child doesn’t choose a professional career in music. However, if your son or daughter is interested in pursuing a music career, they are offering a lifetime commitment to you child’s overall development.

The students of Best Music Academy are dedicated to sharing their musical gifts by performing as much as possible, as well as doing community service in Hong Kong. Some of the various performance venues include Hong Kong City Hall (Central), Hong Kong Baptist University (Kowloon Tong), Hong Kong Space Museum (Tsim Sha Tsui), The Bert James Young Elderly Centre (Tai Koo Shing), The Hong Kong Society for the Aged (North Point) and St. James’ Settlement (Sheung Wan).

Music courses:

Best Early Childhood Music Program (Infant - 3 years old) - Young children develop musical skills through songs and a variety of musical instruments. Studies in music show that children learn best with peers of similar ages, and with the help of teachers and you, the parent, your child will become a genius in music within a few short weeks! Conducted by their very own Director, Best Early Childhood Music’s research-based program will develop and enhance your child’s ability and love for music.
Best Baby Violin Program (3 years - 4 years) - This introductory violin class motivates young children by surrounding them with peers of similar age. Basic foundations such as note-reading, violin posture skills, and eventually solo performances, as well as the development of good musical habits and positive attitude towards music will be acquired during this course. Parents also form an instant bond with each other, as learning an instrument with your young child is fun and challenging at the same time!
Music Theory (4 years - adult) - They are happy to announce a music theory program to prepare students taking ABRSM exams or any other prepatory music exams. Learn the theoretical skills of music to help prepare for your exams with their very own director!
Music Therapy (4 years - adult) - They are pleased to introduce music therapy for children at Best Music Academy. Their music therapy sessions offer the opportunity for children to build better focus, self-control and social skills.
Guitar instruction (4 years - adult) - At Best Music Academy you can learn the virtuosity of the guitar from their amazing guitar instructor, Mr. Christian Gillett. Mr. Gillett is an English-born musician and guitarist with over a decade's of experience as writing and touring musician.
Piano instruction (4 years - adult) - Question: What is the one instrument in which you or your child can learn different types of genres, such as classical, rock, jazz, blues, Spanish, pop, country, etc.?Answer: Piano! Their very talented and educated piano instructors will be your child’s guide on his musical journey. And, as an added bonus, you will be even be able to perform your own song that you compose within a few short lessons.
Violin and viola introduction (3.5 years - adult) - “My child can play Mozart!” This is what you will be saying after a few weeks of practicing after enrolling your child in one of their instrumental programs. At Best Music Academy, they use a combination of teaching methods to tutor younger children, alongside the practicing parent. And who better to encourage your child to learn an instrument than you, the parent?!? Since children learn best at a younger age, the teachers at BMA will help foster a great foundation of posture, listening skills, and then note-reading skills.
