At Book Talk, your child will grow a passion for storytelling and learning English. Book Talk’s storytelling teaching method makes learning fun and contagious!

In all of our lessons, story is at the centre of it. Story reaches all types of learners, whether you can see the 3 Little Pigs hiding in the brick house from the Big Bad Wolf, or feel the sand at Stanley Beach as you smell some BBQ, our story-based lessons will help stimulate your children. We believe your child has a story to tell and they shouldn’t be afraid to share it.

We encourage interaction and movement for children as it’s better for your child’s learning. Our lessons have fun activities using a target language, interactive story time and post-story reflection and retelling time. Children are encouraged to explore their interests as it highly motivates them to learn.
