Mum & Me Wellness Afternoon | Fairchild Kindergarten

Together with CATCH, Fairchild Kindergarten has organised an afternoon for our mommas moving and grooving with your littlies (ideal 1-4 years old) with Melanie, Founder of Yoga BamBam - one of Hong Kong’s best yoga studios. The afternoon will start with a thirty minute group Momma & Me yoga class, followed by a short guided meditation.

Then, take a break while Fairchild Kindergarten teachers lead a sensory workshop with your children or simply discover and enjoy the school's beautiful space - all while you mingle and meet mum friends.

Event rundown:

3:00pm - Sign in
3:15pm - Yoga BamBam Momma & Me yoga session starts, followed by a short guided meditation
4:00pm - Yoga BamBam Momma & Me session ends
4:15pm - Open-ended Sensory Workshop with Fairchild teachers & explore space
5:30pm - Event ends
