Pop-up Dance Studio is BACK!

Do you want to know how does choreographer choreograph a dance? How dancers rehearse and learn? “Pop-up Dance Studio” lets viewers take a glimpse at how the dance is created. CCDC moves its rehearsal studio to an open space to show you creative process through rehearsals and excerpt demonstrations. Audience can appreciate the fine details of dance.

The dance rehearsal that will be brought to you is “The Little Prince”, choreographed by CCDC Assistant Artistic Director Dominic Wong, based on the French children’s literature classic “Le Petit Prince”. At the “Pop-up Dance Studio”, CCDC dancers will rehearse with live music by Patrick Ng, the composer of the production. Audience can see how the imaginative journey unfolded.

Admission to “Pop-up Dance Studio” is FREE and no registration is needed. You are welcome to drop in and stay as long as you wish. Light refreshment is allowed in the theatre. CCDC staff is on hand to answer questions and share insights.
