Citywalk “KIDS DREAM BIG!My Dream Job Expo”

  • Date: 15 July – 20 August 2023
  • Time: 1pm – 9pm
  • Venue: Event Hall, Citywalk 2

This summer, Citywalk will be organising the “KIDS DREAM BIG! My Dream Job Expo”, a fun and educational campaign that invites children to ponder their future and dream big. The event will turn Citywalk 2’s Event Hall into various workstations, where kids can sign up for “internships” in five unconventional fields including space explorer, bento artist, botanist, ice-cream creator and idol trainee.

S+ REWARDS members could redeem electronic entry passes for different work experiences at designated points, with which children aged 4-12 can take part in the five “internships”. The “interns” will report for work at the appointed time and change into the uniforms provided before embarking on a horizon-broadening experience and an interesting and productive summer holiday. Each time they complete one experience, the participants will reap the rewards of their hard work as they earn “dream coins”, which can be used to redeem snacks, stationery, lifestyle products and toys, among others.

  • Space explorer - Change into space suits and report to the commander at the space force base, where they will partake in a trampoline jumping training programme provided by Fitness Expert Studio that simulates a spacewalk.
  • Bento artist - Learn how to make animal-shaped bento boxes designed by Candace Mama, a bento artist and cooking instructor.
  • Botanist - Put on lab coats and learn about bee pollination and plant life cycle. They will also observe plant cells under the microscope to learn about their structures and functions.
  • Ice-cream creator - Using the innovative ice-cream capsule machine of Hong Kong brand Fruttato Gelato, participants can make smooth, low-sugar and low-fat ice-cream all by themselves. They can also decorate the ice-cream with different toppings and sauces, such as made-in-Tsuen Wan honey.
  • Idol trainee - Put on glamourous outfits and practice cool dance moves, as part of the training to become the next big pop group.

Mallgoers who donate HK$20 to Heep Hong Society at the campaign venue will receive a “My Dream Job Staff Card” and take the staff card photo in front of a Korean-style photo studio backdrop; the instant photo will make a great souvenir of the campaign and the summer holiday! When spending at designated merchants, “My Dream Job Staff Card” holders can enjoy limited-time-only offers,
