In this class you wil learn how to:
- make mochi from scratch
- color your mochi dough and fill with ice cream and fresh fruits
- a quick and easy recipe that is delicious, gluten free and child friendly.

* Each adult or adult-child pair makes 2 x mango, 2 x strawberry mochi, 2 x ice cream mochi (to be consumed in class)
* Reserve all rights to replace with other fruits in season without prior notice.
